The National Maritime Museum of the Gulf recently debuted the Jimmy Buffett Son of a Son of a Sailor Experience — a first-of-its-kind exhibit in Mobile, AL celebrating the life, music, storytelling, and cultural influence of the iconic storyteller. The experience features an extensive collection of Jimmy Buffett artifacts and memorabilia, including:
- Handwritten lyrics
- Guitars, and other pieces from his career
- Full-size replica of Shrimp Boat Sound, Jimmy’s iconic Key West recording studio
- Jimmy’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Statue
