In a private session suitable for adults and children, a master rower will share the secrets of the city’s ancient tradition, demonstrating expert tips for the perfect stroke and steering technique before guests grab the oars of a traditional Venetian boat. Following the personalized lesson, guests will soon be gliding along a wide, quiet canal before navigating one of the larger open lagoons.

The hotel can also arrange for families with children aged ten and up to visit a local glass blowing workshop. Here, guests can better understand the intricacies and complex art behind creating the delicate Murano glass, dating back to the 8th century.
