Cherylle Sargent brings over 16 years of experience in luxury travel sales, training and product expertise to her role as Sales & Service Manager at Red Dot.
Previous roles include four years at Imagine Travel as a Senior Subcontinent Specialist, where she crafted bespoke journeys across India, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Burma, and Jordan, and four years at Scott Dunn, where she refined her expertise in luxury travel and client service.
Following the merger of Scott Dunn and Imagine Travel after the pandemic, Cherylle played a pivotal role in building and delivering a global training programme from the ground up. She took sole responsibility for sales and product training across the company’s international offices in London, San Diego, New York, and Singapore, frequently travelling between regions to drive consistency, performance, and growth. Over four years, every member of the worldwide team benefited from her induction or advanced training sessions.
Renowned for her deep product knowledge, collaborative style and ability to translate training into tangible sales results, Cherylle is passionate about developing people, strengthening service standards and inspiring others to succeed.
