BEET GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Avocado 2pz
  • Onion 10g
  • Charred Roasted Beet Root 5g
  • Cilantro 3g
  • Lime Juice 10 ml
  • Salt 2g
  • Goat Cheese 3g
  • Caramelized Pecan 3g 

POMEGRANATE GUACAMOLE

INGREDIENTS

  • Avocado 2pz
  • Onion 10g
  • Mint 3g
  • Lime Juice 10 ml
  • Cotija Cheese 3g
  • Salt 2g
  • Pomegranate 5g
  • Basil 3g

For all of the above recipes, mix guacamole base ingredients well including avocado, lime juice, salt, onion and cilantro to create your preferred consistency. From there, mix in larger toppings and finish with garnishes.

Avocado Plus Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shrimp
  • 1 cup manchego cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  • In a warm frying pan, add olive oil and onion
  • Stir until brown, then add shrimp, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Stir to combine
  • Half avocado and remove the pit
  • Fill with shrimp mixture, add manchego cheese on top
  • Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted

  • Ingredients:
  • 80 grams Avocado pulp with lime
  • 4 slices of Brioche bread
  • 50 grams unsalted Butter
  • 10 grams Coriander
  • 30 grams Almond slides
  • 4 boiled Eggs
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Procedure:
  1. In a pan, put butter to heat and toast the bread on both sides and toast the almonds.
  2. Spread the avocado pulp with lime on the slice of bread.
  3. Add the sliced ​​almond and pomegranate seeds on top of the avocado pulp.
  4. Place the boiled egg and garnish with coriander or parsley.
