Executive Chef Diego Sobrino has crafted a special three-course family-style dinner featuring twelve distinctive dishes that traverse Mexico’s rich culinary landscape. Complementing the meal are drink stations offering Cantaritos, craft beers, wines, margaritas, tequila, and mezcal. Live music will enhance the festive atmosphere, culminating in the traditional “El Grito de Independencia” ceremony.
