July 2022…// Every third week of July since the 16th century the iconic city of Venice plays host to La Festa del Redentore – with the main hub of celebrations surrounding the Church of Redentore on Giudecca Island. One of the most popular and highly-anticipated local celebrations featuring decadent feasts, traditional regatta and a phenomenal display of fireworks, this was once a purely religious occasion commemorating the end of the devasting plague of 1575 – 1577.

Skyline Rooftop Bar Gala Dinner

The exclusive 40-seat gala dinner will take place on the enchanting rooftop terrace with spectacular views over the city skyline and mesmerising firework display. The impeccable 7-course menu will feature gourmet dishes including marinated shrimps in saffron cream with watermelon, red onion, Jerusalem artichoke, hot chilli peppers, culatello and black truffle, spider crab and caviar with celery, mango, zucchini and avocado cream and champagne risotto with scallops and summer boletus mushrooms accompanied by the finest wines paired especially by Maître Giovanni Burrafato.
