July 2025…// Every third week of July since the 16th century the iconic city of Venice plays host to La Festa del Redentore – with the main hub of celebrations surrounding the Church of Redentore on Giudecca Island. One of the most popular and highly-anticipated local celebrations featuring decadent feasts, traditional regatta and a phenomenal display of fireworks, this was once an occasion commemorating the end of the devastating plague of 1575 – 1577.
Taking place on Saturday 19th July 2025, Hilton Molino Stucky Venice’s prime location on Giudecca boasts panoramic views overlooking the city and the Giudecca Canal – offering the ultimate setting to enjoy the lively celebrations for a truly Venetian Festa del Redentore experience. Guests are encouraged to soak up the special local atmosphere on this historic day by strolling around the banks of the Giudecca Canal and to cross the temporarily built bridge that connects the Redentore Church to Zattere before the evening celebrations commence.

Aromi Restaurant Dinner Experience by the Lagoon

Savour the elegant atmosphere of the lagoon-side Aromi Restaurant and indulge in a special six-course menu with wine pairing, created by talented Executive Chef Ivan Fargnoli. Enjoy exquisitely prepared dishes such as Lobster and dill risotto; Sea Bass fillet with celery variation; Lamb loin with potatoes, goat cheese and truffle purée, porcini mushrooms, Swiss chard and dried fruit jus; and Black cherry namelaka, ricotta cheese, lemon gel, vanilla crumble, black cherry sorbet and glass sugar.

Skyline Rooftop Bar Gala Dinner Experience
(600 Euros / £518* per person with welcome canapés and wine pairing. Also includes access to the rooftop pool terrace for live entertainment and to watch the firework display.)
The exclusive 50-seat gala dinner will take place on the enchanting rooftop terrace with spectacular views over the city skyline where guests watch hundreds of small boats arriving at the Giudecca Canal and San Marco area to enjoy the mesmerising firework display.
Crowned the highest bar in the city, Skyline is a true Venice institution loved by hotel guests and locals alike. The impeccable six-course menu will feature gourmet dishes including Steamed blue rock lobster, vegetables in Catalana style, mild spicy gazpacho and black caviar; Pan fried duck breast, rosehip sauce, Jerusalem artichoke and truffle; Herbs breaded sole fillet, peppers and mango cream, caramelized red onions and stracchino soft cheese; and Black cherry namelaka, ricotta cream, lemon gel, vanilla cramble, black cherry sorbet and glass sugar; all accompanied by the finest wines perfectly paired with each course by Maître Giovanni Burrafato.
