Popular new spa treatments include:
Chi Nei Tsang | Rebalance and rejuvenate with Chi Nei Tsang, a 75-minute traditional Taoist abdominal healing massage (£158/$195) designed to detoxify internal organs, clear digestive blockages and release emotional tension. Often called the body’s ‘second brain’, the abdominal area is the focus of this transformative treatment which aims to promote energy balance, boost immunity and help reset the body for a fresh start to the year.
Elakishi | Perfect for guests arriving from winter climates, Elakishi is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment designed to combat the effects of cold weather. This 90-minute experience (£205/$255) features a therapeutic massage with warm, medicinal herbal poultices crafted from freshly harvested medicinal leaves from the resort’s garden. Combined with warmed medicated oil, the treatment deeply penetrates muscles and joints to ease pain, stiffness, and tension whilst also addressing seasonal imbalance which is often experienced during winter.

Led by the island’s resident yogi, these sessions include Pranayama, Hatha, Kriya and Restorative yoga, combining movement and breathwork to nurture physical health, emotional balance and spiritual growth. Guests can also unwind with twice-weekly beach meditation sessions, connecting mind and body amidst the soothing sound of ocean waves.
For those seeking a bespoke one-to-one experience, private sessions are available in guests’ overwater villas, on the beach or at the yoga champa.
